MIXED DAL MILLETS DOSA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Moong dal – 2 tbsp
  • Masoor dal – 2 tbsp
  • Toor dal – 2 tbsp
  • Chana dal – 2 tbsp
  • Urad dal – 2 tbsp
  • Any millets  – ½  cup
  • methi seeds – 1/4 tsp [ optional ]
  • Poha / murmura – ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee or oil as needed

PREPARATION

Wash and soak the dal + millets + poha for 4 hrs

Once soaked grind into dosa batter consistency.

Add salt and beat the batter well .

Keep the batter to ferment for 8 hrs.

Once done , mix and adjust the consistency and make thick or thin dosas as needed.

Serve hot with any southindian side accompaniments .
