HOW TO MAKE FRESH TURMERIC PICKLE
FRESH TURMERIC PICKLE / HOW TO MAKE FRESH TURMERIC PICKLE / KACCHI HALDI KA ACHAR

INGREDIENTS
- Fresh turmeric – 100 grms
- Amba haldi / mango ginger / white ginger – 100 grms
- ¼ cup lemon
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Green chilli sliced or chopped – 8 to 10
METHOD
Wash both the yellow and white turmeric thoroughly .
Peel or scrape off the skin.
Chop into thin slices / juliennes /cubes of equal size. Transfer to a big bowl
Add green chillies, salt and lemon juice.
Mix well , cover and keep aside for 1 hr .
Transfer to a glass jar.
Store in fridge for a mnth .
Use a dry spoon to serve the pickle.
