Cheese burst maggi pakoda

INGREDIENTS

  • maggi – 1 pkt
  • ginger garlic green chilli paste – 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • chopped coriander leaves –  2 or 3 tbsp
  • besan – 2 or 3 tbsp for binding
  • salt
  • cheese cubes

METHOD

Cook normal maggi with the masala packet.

Transfer to a bowl

Add 1 tbsp ginger + garlic + green chilli paste + 2 tsp Lemon juice + Chopped coriander leaves + 2 or 3 tbsp besan + salt .

Add little water and adjust salt and make a thick mixture

NOTE _ add more of green chillies to make spicy

Cut 2 cheese cubes into small pieces. [ each into 4 pieces ]

Coat cheese cubes with maggi batter and deep fry in hot oil on medium oil first then on full flame until crispy.

Drain on absorbent paper .

Serve hot with any ketchup /sauce /dip / chutney
