HEALTHY GREEN MOONG SPROUTS DOSA

INGREDIENTS

  • Whole green moong dal sprouts  – 3 cup
  • Palak leaves – 10 to 12 leaves
  • Rice  flour OR besan – 4 tbsp.
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Green chilli – 1 or as per taste
  • Jeera / cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • baking soda – generous pinch
  • Ghee or oil to drizzle
  • Finely chopped onion + finely chopped coriander leaves etc as required for topping.

METHOD

Take all ingredients one by one in a mixie jar and grind into a fine batter of medium pouring consistency .

Dont make very thick or very thin batter .

Add baking soada and give a nice mix. Bkaing soda is optional . It makes the batter light and the dosas spongy .

Start making dosas as shown in video .
