Healthy green moong sprouts dosa
HEALTHY GREEN MOONG SPROUTS DOSA
INGREDIENTS
- Whole green moong dal sprouts – 3 cup
- Palak leaves – 10 to 12 leaves
- Rice flour OR besan – 4 tbsp.
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Green chilli – 1 or as per taste
- Jeera / cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- baking soda – generous pinch
- Ghee or oil to drizzle
- Finely chopped onion + finely chopped coriander leaves etc as required for topping.

METHOD
Take all ingredients one by one in a mixie jar and grind into a fine batter of medium pouring consistency .
Dont make very thick or very thin batter .
Add baking soada and give a nice mix. Bkaing soda is optional . It makes the batter light and the dosas spongy .
Start making dosas as shown in video .
