INGREDIENTS

  • Chopped turai – 2 cup
  • Masoor dal – 2 tbsp
  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Turmeric pwdr – ½ tsp
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Clove – 2
  • Cinnamon – small piece
  • Ginger and garlic chopped -1 tbsp
  • Water – 2 cups roughly
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

Take all ingredients in a cooker, add 1 ½ cup water and pressure cook upto 4 to 5 whistles.

Once done and cooled , discard the cinnamon and clove and blend it.

Adjust water as per the consistency you want and salt to taste .

Bring to a boil and serve hot .
