SOYA POTATO CUTLET
Soy foods are moderately high in calories, which means they can help you gain weight, but they could also become an important part of your restricted-calorie weight-loss diet. For example, 2-cups of soy nuggets/granules will give about 360 calories.

NOTE – IF YOU DONT HAVE BREAD CRUMBS , YOU CAN ADD 2 OR 3 TBSP ROASTED BESAN
METHOD
Soak the Soya chunks with hot water and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
Boil it for 5 mins .
Squeeze water from soya nuggets and boil them in enough water for 5 minutes.
drain the water from soya nuggets and squeeze well (this is done to remove the smell from soy nuggets).
Take the soya chunks in the blender and grind it coarsely.
Transfer to a plate and add the other ingredients one by one and mix well .
Make a smooth dough kind mixture.
Take a small portion and flatten it between the palms to give it a cutlet shape or any shape .
Refrigerate these for sometimes to make it firm .
Heat Oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until golden and crispy on both sides.
Drain it from the Oil and your delicious cutlets are ready.
Serve it with Ketchup
