YOGHURT SALSA DIP

INGREDIENTS
- Hung curd – 200 grms
- Finely mince garlic – 2 tsp
- Sugar powder / honey – 1 ½ – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Mustard pwdr – ½ tsp
- Chaat masala pwdr – ½ tsp
METHOD
Take all ingredients one by one in a big bowl and mix well
The base for the dip is ready.
INGREDIENTS
- Finely chopped onion – 1
- Finely chopped cucumber – ½
- Finely chopped tomato – 1
- Finely chopped capsicum – 1
- Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
METHOD
Now add all the above ingredients and mix well .
Refrigerate for sometime before serving .
Goes well with chips / wafers / nachos/ soup sticks etc
