NOTE – we can make this recipe without milk / curd , just using fruit puree .

INGREDIENTS FOR CHIA PUDDING

  • 1 cup  Milk / Coconut Milk or water
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds

INGREDIENTS FOR KIWI YOGHURT TOPPING

  • 1 or 1 ½  cup blueberry
  • Honey or any sweetener as needed
  • 1/4 cup Yoghurt or milk
  • Any fruits and dry fruits of your choice

METHOD

In a container with a lid mix the chia seeds + milk / water + sweetener.

Stir, mix everything very well, again 10 minutes later.

 Let the chia seeds absorb the liquid, so leave it at least for minimum an hour or overnight in the fridge. [ best overnight]

HOW TO  SERVE

Next day puree the blueberry with any sweetener as per taste until smooth,.

Now mix the soaked chia seeds + blueberry puree + yoghurt / milk and give a nice mix .  NOTE – you can avoid milk /yoghurt and add more of the fruits puree .

Serve in a flat or tall dish.Top it with any dry fruits + fresh fruits + seeds

Serve chilled.

NOTE – instead of mixing everything we can layer the chia and kiwi puree separately and serve .
