EASY OREO BISCUIT CAKE KIDS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Oreo biscuits –  300 grms biscuit pkt vanilla flavour
  • Baking powder – 1 ¼ tsp
  • Milk at room temperature – 1 ¼ cup

METHOD

Grease a baking tin .

Preheat the oven at 180 * C .

Break the biscuits and transfer to mixie jar and grind into fine powder.

Now add baking powder + milk and blend well .

Pour the batter in the tin .

Bake it 180 * C for 20 to 25 mins

Once done allow to cool .

GANACHE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Dark chocolate – 1 cup
  • Fresh cream – 1 cup

METHOD

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and transfer to a small bowl .

Take fresh cream in a small pan.

Heat the cream till hot on low flame.

It should not boil .

Once it becomes hot , off the flame.

Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and mix well.

Kee aside for 3 to 4 mins.

Once again beat the chocolate mixture well till smooth .

Once the cake has cooled down completely , pour the ganache all over the cake.

Let it set .

Once done slice and serve .
