NBC STYLE RUSTIC ROME GRILLED CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS [ adjust spices as per your taste ]

  • Chicken breast – 2 pairs [ 500 grms ]
  • Garlic powder – 1 ½  tbsp
  • Mixed herbs or oregano or pizza mix – 2 or 2 ½  tbsp
  • Olive oil or any – 2 or 3 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes – 1 or 2 tsp or as per taste
  • Pepper powder – 2 tsp or as per taste
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

Clean , wash and wipe the chicken breast.

Slit the breast into thin slices as shown in video and keep aside till use.

Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well .

Apply this marinade evenly on the chicken breast .

Cover and keep aside for few hours or overnight in the fridge .

Drizzle some oil on a hot pan .

Place the marinated chicken .

Cook on the both sides till the chicken is done.

Cooking time depends on the thickness of the chicken piece .

Once done remove and serve with any dips or side accompaniments .
