vrat curd peanut chutney

PEANUT SAMA RICE CURD CHUTNEY | GROUNDNUT CURD CHUTNEY | PEANUT CURD CHUTNEY FOR VRAT  | FARALI CHUTNEY

Peanut curd chutney | Farali chutney is an easy, quick and the best side dish that we can serve with any fasting snacks like sabudana vada, thalipeeth, farali pattice, etc. It is very easy and gets ready within no time. It requires  few ingredients. It is usually served for fasting .

INGREDIENTS

  • Sama – 2 tbsp
  • Whisked Curd – 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger + Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
  • Peanut powder – 2 tbsp
  • Roasted jeera pwdr – 1 tsp

METHOD

Take sama + 6 tbsp water  in cooker and pressure cook upto 1 whistle.

Once the pressure releases open and give a nice mix.

Add whisked curd and mix well.

Now add jeera pwdr + ginger green chilli paste + salt + peanut pwdr + sugar + cooked sama and mix well .

Serve with any snacks .

Your chutney is ready. I served it with farali sama vadas – FARALI SWEET POTATO VADA / UPVAS VADA RECIPE
