  • Water – 2 litres
  • Thinly sliced lemon – 1
  • Thinly sliced cucumber – 1
  • Fresh mint leaves – ¼ cup

  • Thinly sliced ginger – 2 tbsp

METHOD

Take the water in a big pitcher.

Add rest of the ingredients one by one.

Mix well.

Keep it overnight in the fridge.

Next day morning remove and bring it to room temperature .

Squeeze of the excess juice from lemon and sweetlime.

Discard all the fruits /veges/herbs.

Drink this water and finish it by afternoon .

NOTE – You can add any fruits like cucumber , mint , lemon ,ginger, blackberry , orange.
