EMARALD DIP / GREEN YOGHURT DIP

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BASE

  • Hung curd – 200 grms
  • Minced garlic – 2 or 3 tsp
  • Sugar pwdr / honey – 1 ½ tbsp or 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves + coriander leaves + green chilli paste – ¾ cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala – ½ tsp

METHOD

Take all ingredients one by one in a big bowl and mix well

The base for the dip is ready.

INGREDIENTS

  • Finely chopped onion – 1
  • Finely chopped cucumber – ½
  • Finely chopped tomato – 1
  • Finely chopped capsicum – 1
  • Thinly slice palak leaves – ¼ cup
  • Finely chopped coriander + mint leaves – 2 tbsp

METHOD

Now add all the above ingredients and mix well .

Refrigerate for sometime before serving .

Goes well with chips / wafers / nachos/ soup sticks /crackers / cucumbers / carrots etc
