SPINACH EGG SAVOURY CAKE / NAMKEEN CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Egg – 4
  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Onion finely chopped – 1
  • Garlic minced  – 2 tsp
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Spinach – 2 cup
  • Herbs – 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
  • Cheese – as needed
  • Pav / bread roll – 3

METHOD

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till translucent .

Add spinach and stir fry till the leaves shrink completely .

Add garlic and give a stir.

Off the flame .

Take the eggs in a bowl and add milk + salt .

Whisk well.

Now add the spinach and mix well.

Season with chilli flakes and herbs .

Add ¼ cup grated cheese and give a mix .

Add the broken pav and give a mix .

Transfer to a baking bowl and spread a layer.

Top it with loads of cheese.

Bake it at 180 * C for 12 to 14 mins.

Serve immediately .
