SUGARFREE LEMON COCONUT CASHEW BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • ½  cup cashew
  • ½  cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp mashed soft mejdool dates
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup / honey
  • 2 tsp lemon juice from half a lemon
  • 1 tsp lemon zest grated
  • yellow food colour or turmeric as needed [ optional ]

METHOD

Take all ingredients one by one in a food processor and blend it well .

Transfer to a plate and mix well.

Make small balls and coat it with desiccated coconut .
