NO SUGAR HIGH PROTEIN OVERNIGHT SOAKED CHIKOO MAKHANA SMOOTHIE  / OVER NIGHT CHIKOO MAKHANA SMOOTHIE  FASTING RECIPE

Perfect healthy drink for fasting time 

INGREDIENTS

  • Chopped chikoo / apple / banana – 1 cup puree
  • Honey / dates or any sweetener – as needed
  • Chia seeds – 3 or 4 tbsp
  • Milk / vegan milk / curd – 1 cup
  • Dry roasted crisp makhana pwdr  or oats pwdr  –  ¼ cup
  • Cinnamon pwdr / vanilla essence / cardamom pwdr – as needed [ optional ]

METHOD

Take all ingredients and mix in abowl .

Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hrs or overnight .

 next day mix well.

Garnish with chopped fruits and dryfruits and serve chilled.
