HEALTHY POMEGRANATE SALAD

 Pomegranate seeds are rich in fiber, antioxidants, and fatty acids that may benefit your health. They are also a good source of vitamin E and magnesium.

Pomegranates contain punicalagins and punicic acid, unique substances that are responsible for most of their health benefits.

INGREDIENTS

  • Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup
  • Finely chopped onion – ½ cup
  • Finely chopped deseeded tomato – 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped cucumber – ½ cup
  • Chopped coriander leaves + mint leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp or as needed
  • Pepper pwdr – 1 tsp or as per taste
  • Honey – 2 tsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

Take oil + lemon juice + pepper pwdr + salt + honey and mix well.

Now add pomegranate + onion + cucumber + tomato + the leaves and give a nice mix.

Refrigerate for sometime before serving .
