HEALTHY DRUMSTICK DAL SOUP

Drumstick soup is generally considered good for health due to the nutritional benefits of drumsticks (Moringa). Drumsticks are rich in essential vitamins and minerals like A, C, E, calcium, potassium, and iron. These nutrients contribute to digestive health, boost immunity, and support overall well-being. 

INGREDIENTS

  • Drumstick – 2 long ones
  • Masoor Dal – 2 or 3 tbsp
  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato -1
  • Garlic –  3 or 4
  • Peppercorns – ½  tsp
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – ¼  tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Water – 2 cups

METHOD
Pressure cook all the above ingredients for 4 – 5  whistles.

Cool and strain it .

Bring it to a boil . [ adjust water as per the consisitency you want ]

Finally garnish with chopped coriander and off the flame. Soup is ready to serve .
