HOW TO MAKE DANDELION TEA AND ITS BENEFITS

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon of dried dandelion root
  • 250ml water


METHOD

Boil the water and off the flame.

Add dandelion root and let it steep for 7 to 8 minutes.

Strain and enjoy. Add honey or lemon to taste if required.
