MOTICHOOR LADOO PARATHAS /SWEET BOONDI  PARATHAS / BOONDI LADOO PARATHA

BOONDI LADOO PARATHAS

INGREDIENTS

  • Store bought ladoos – as required – 3 or 4  [room temperature ]
  • Wheat flour – 2 cup
  • Oil for kneading dough – 1 tsp
  • Salt for kneading dough
  • Ghee as required

PREPARATION

Mix wheat flour + salt + oil + water and make a soft dough and keep aside for sometime.

Ladoos should be at room temperature .

METHOD

Divide the dough into equal balls.Size little bigger than the ladoos

Roll the dough into small circle and place  the ladoo in the centre..

Bring the edges of the dough together in the centre and pinch it.

Flatten this ball and roll into thick parathas by dusting dry flour .

*Roll it gently .

Heat the tava or non stick pan.

Place the paratha on it .

Fry on both sides by drizzling little ghee .

While frying press it with a spatula.

Once done remove it.

Serve hot .It tastes heaven .

I loved the colour of these parathas – bright orange colour .

They taste similar to halwa poori .

These parathas are not very sweet.

NOTES

We can try this recipe with any sweets /leftover sweets like peda , kalakand etc
