EGGLESS VEG BESAN OMELETTE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Besan/ Gram flour
- ½ cup Maida/ All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp eno
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- Water
METHOD
Take both the flours in a bowl .
Gradually add water and make a batter. [ not very thick or thin ]
Beat the batter well using a whisk for 1 or 2 mins.
Keep aside for 5 mins .
Add onion + green chilli + coriander leaves + salt + ghee and mix well.
Heat a small pan .
Add ENO powder and mix well .
Add 1 tsp oil and swirl the pan . Now pour a big ladle of batter and swirl the pan .
Cook on medium to low flame .
Flip and cook on other side also .
Once done fold and remove .
Serve hot with any side accompaniments .
