HEALTHY WEIGHTLOSS SOYA CHUNKS CHAAT RECIPE/ SOYA CHUNKS SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • Small soya chunks – 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped onion ,tomato ,cucumber ,pineapple , pomegranate – 1 cup
  • Sweet tamarind chutney – 3 or 4 tbsp
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Fresh  coriander leaves  – ¼ cup
  • Mint leaves – 8 nos
  • Garlic – 5
  • Black salt –  ¼ tsp
  • Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp

METHOD

Boil the soya chunks with little salt for 5 mins.

Wash and squeeze the excess water and keep aside .

Make a dressing by grinding together tamarind chutney + coriander leaves + green chilli + garlic + red chilli pwdr + mint leaves + black salt + chaat masala + red chilli pwdr into a fine puree .

Take a big bowl and transfer the puree .

Add soya chunks + veges and mix well . Keep aside for sometimes for absorption ,

Serve immediately .
