HOW TO MAKE BROCCOLI WREATH FOR CHRISTMAS

BROCCOLI CHRISTMAS WREATH

Tear the broccoli into small pieces.

Soak it in the salt water for about 5 minutes and swirl it around. This will remove the debris that’s sticking on the broccoli. It will help to get rid of the worms or insects that could be hiding in it as well.

Boil the water with salt water. 

Put the broccoli into the boiling water and blanch it .

 Once you see the broccoli turns emerald green, remove it immediately.

Run cold water over it immediately

Arrange the broccoli into the shape of a wreath on a circle plate.

Decorate the broccoli wreath with any salad veges . Ihave used radish and tomato

You can pour any salad dressing all over .
