How to make falooda sev at home
FALOODA SEV RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- Cornflour – 1/2 cup
- Water – 1 1/4 cup
- Sugar – 2 tbsp sev maker
- Oil – for greasing
- 1 big bowl with chilled water and ice cubes

Take a non stick pan.
Add the cornflour + sugar .Add water little by little and mix well. See that there are no lumps .
Now keep on medium flame and cook.
Keep stirring continuously.
Cook until the mixture becomes thick and glossy for 7 to 8 mins. Switch off the flame.
When the mixture is hot, using a spoon, fill the mixture into the sev mould .Use kitchen cloth to hold the mould as the mixture is very hot .
Press the sev over the bowl of ice cold water.
Refrigerate the sev with water for 20-30 minutes. Then strain it and use it to make falooda or to garnish kulfi ice cream.
