NATURALS ICE CREAM RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup / 250 ml  full fat milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup milk pwdr
  • ½ tbsp corn flour
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup chilled whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp liquid glucose [ optional ]
  • ½ or ¾  tsp any essence [ depending on the quality of essence brand ]
  • Few drops of food colour
vanilla

METHOD

Take milk  + sugar + milk pwdr + corn flour and mix well.

See that there are no lumps

Cook on low to medium and bring to boil.

Keep stirring .

Once it starts boiling and becomes thick ,

Lower the flame and add liquid glucose and mix well.

Stir and cook for a min and off the flame.

Bring to room temperature .

Add condensed milk and mix well and strain it .Keep it aside.

Take the whipping cream in a bowl and start beating it .Beat it till soft peak consistency. [ just 3 to 4 mins ]

Don’t over beat.

Now add the milk mixture and mix well using the beater.

The base is ready. You will get 1 litre base .

Add the essence and colour and give a nice mix .

Now pour in freezer safe container ,close with airtight lid and freeze overnight.

Scoop and serve!
