QUICK GRILLED PANEER IN CHINESE SAUCES

Paneer is a rich source of protein, calcium, and vitamin D.

 It is an excellent addition to a vegetarian diet.

 Paneer contains various essential vitamins and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, vitamin B12, and vitamin A.

 It supports weight loss, boosts metabolism, supports muscle development, provides energy, supports bone health, and supports heart health.

 Just 100 grams of paneer can provide you with around 18-20 grams of protein, which is more than what you would get from an equal amount of chicken or fish

INGREDIENTS

  • Paneer
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Chilli sauce
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Salt
  • Oil

METHOD [ adjust the sauces as per your taste ]

Marinate the paneer cubes with all ingredients as shown in the video .

Keep aside for 30 mins.

Now heat 2 or 3 tsp oil in a pan .

Arrange the paneer and cook on each side for 2 mins.

Once done remove and serve .
