RAGI MASALA PAPAD RECIPE / NAGALI MASALA PAPAD

 INGREDIENTS

  • Ragi papad
  • Very finely chopped onions – 1
  • Very finely chopped tomato – 1
  • Grated veges as needed
  • Very finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Chilli pwdr as needed
  • Chaat masala as needed
  • Roasted jeera powder as needed
  • Grated cheese [optional]
  • Nylon sev
  • Lemon juice

PREPARATION

Fry the papads .

METHOD.

Sprinkle  all the ingredients one by one as shown in the video .

Serve immediately.

NOTES

  • I have used store bought papads .
  • Veges really have to be very very finely chopped or grated  .
  • You can also add very finely chopped raw mango, green capsicum.
  • You can add masalas of your taste like cumin pwdr, amchur pwdr, oregano or mixed herbs..
  • Assemble everything only while having it or it will become soggy.
  • Instead of sprinkling each ingredient ,you can make a mixture of all the ingredients and top it on the roasted papad.
  • You can add lemon juice instead of amchur.
  • Why not have it like a sandwich ,just place a plain roasted papad on top of the masala papad.
