CHEESY MUSHROOM EGG OMELETTE RECIPE
MUSHROOM CHEESE EGG OMLETTE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- Egg – 2 big
- onion finely chopped – 2 tbsp
- coriander leaves finely chopped – 1 tbsp
- green chilli finely chopped – as per taste
- Mushroom stir fried – ½ cup sliced
- Pepper pwdr / chilli flakes – ½ tsp or as per taste
- Mixed herbs / oregano – ½ tsp
- Butter / oil – 1 tbsp
- Cheese slice – 1
- Milk – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
METHOD
Slice the mushrooms and stir fry for 4 to 5 mins till complete water evaporates . Add pepper powder / chilli flakes + salt + mixed herbs to taste .Mix well and off the flame .
Whisk eggs + 1 tsp milk + salt to taste in a small mixing bowl .Add onion + green chilli + coriander leaves and give a mix .
Heat a 6-inch non-stick pan over medium – low heat.
Lightly brush the pan with oil / butter .
Pour the whisked eggs into the pan.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook undisturbed until the eggs are 90% cooked.
Remove the lid and keep mushroom filling on one-half of the eggs and cheese on the other side
Fold the omelette in half using a spatula .
Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
