EMARALD DIP / GREEN YOGHURT DIP

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BASE
- Hung curd – 200 grms
- Minced garlic – 2 or 3 tsp
- Sugar pwdr / honey – 1 ½ tbsp or 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves + coriander leaves + green chilli paste – ¾ cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
- Chaat masala – ½ tsp
METHOD
Take all ingredients one by one in a big bowl and mix well
The base for the dip is ready.
INGREDIENTS
- Finely chopped onion – 1
- Finely chopped cucumber – ½
- Finely chopped tomato – 1
- Finely chopped capsicum – 1
- Thinly slice palak leaves – ¼ cup
- Finely chopped coriander + mint leaves – 2 tbsp
METHOD
Now add all the above ingredients and mix well .
Refrigerate for sometime before serving .
Goes well with chips / wafers / nachos/ soup sticks /crackers / cucumbers / carrots etc
