HEALTHY SUGAR FREE PEANUT DATES LADOO

INGREDIENTS

  • Peanuts : 1 cup
  • Finely chopped soft dates : 1 cup
  • Cardamom pwdr – ½ tsp OR few drops of rose essence

METHOD

Roast  the peanuts to golden brown color.

Cool it .

Rub the skins off.

Grind the roasted peanuts into a little coarse powder and keep aside.

Grind the chopped dates, then add the ground peanuts + cardamom pwdr and pulse beat again until well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl and mix well.

Shape the mixture into small round
balls.

Store in an airtight container and use as required .
