HEALTHY WEIGHTLOSS SOYA CHUNKS CHAAT RECIPE/ SOYA CHUNKS SALAD

INGREDIENTS
- Small soya chunks – 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped onion ,tomato ,cucumber ,pineapple , pomegranate – 1 cup
- Sweet tamarind chutney – 3 or 4 tbsp
- Green chilli – 1
- Fresh coriander leaves – ¼ cup
- Mint leaves – 8 nos
- Garlic – 5
- Black salt – ¼ tsp
- Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
METHOD
Boil the soya chunks with little salt for 5 mins.
Wash and squeeze the excess water and keep aside .
Make a dressing by grinding together tamarind chutney + coriander leaves + green chilli + garlic + red chilli pwdr + mint leaves + black salt + chaat masala + red chilli pwdr into a fine puree .
Take a big bowl and transfer the puree .
Add soya chunks + veges and mix well . Keep aside for sometimes for absorption ,
Serve immediately .
