PERI PERI GRILLED PINEAPPLE
Easy Peri-Peri Grilled Pineapple is a very simple and quick barbecue recipe that uses just pineapple and the peri-peri spice mix. A perfect appetizer for vegan or vegetarian barbecue.
INGREIDENTS
- 1 pineapple peeled and cut in ½ inch-thick slices
- Periperi masala pwdr – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
NOTE – You can more spices as per your taste .
METHOD
In a bowl, combine periperimasala + salt + olive oil .
Marinate pineapple slices in mixture for 15 minutes or more .
Grill pineapple on each side for 3 to 4 minutes till you get charred marks .
Remove from heat and serve hot .
