RAGI MASALA PAPAD RECIPE / NAGALI MASALA PAPAD
INGREDIENTS
- Ragi papad
- Very finely chopped onions – 1
- Very finely chopped tomato – 1
- Grated veges as needed
- Very finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
- Chilli pwdr as needed
- Chaat masala as needed
- Roasted jeera powder as needed
- Grated cheese [optional]
- Nylon sev
- Lemon juice
PREPARATION
Fry the papads .
METHOD.
Sprinkle all the ingredients one by one as shown in the video .
Serve immediately.
NOTES
- I have used store bought papads .
- Veges really have to be very very finely chopped or grated .
- You can also add very finely chopped raw mango, green capsicum.
- You can add masalas of your taste like cumin pwdr, amchur pwdr, oregano or mixed herbs..
- Assemble everything only while having it or it will become soggy.
- Instead of sprinkling each ingredient ,you can make a mixture of all the ingredients and top it on the roasted papad.
- You can add lemon juice instead of amchur.
- Why not have it like a sandwich ,just place a plain roasted papad on top of the masala papad.
