SALT AND PEPPER PANEER KEBAB
SALT AND PEPPER PANEER KEBABS
INGREDIENTS
- Paneer cubes – 500 grms
- Pepper pwdr – 1 tbsp or as per taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic – 1 tbsp
- Bell pepper / capsicum cubes / onion / tomato as needed
METHOD
Take all ingredients one by one in a bowl and mix well
Cover with a cling film and refrigerate for an hour
Once done thread the paneer onto the skewers, alternating it with cubes of onion, tomato and capsicum.
When you are ready to grill the kebabs, heat a grill pan until smoking hot and brush it with oil.
Then place the skewers on the hot grill.
Let it grill on medium flame .
Then flip them over after 1 min.
Again, flip and lay it on sideways for another few minutes. Paneer doesn’t take much time to cook .
Within 4 to 5 mins , the kebabs should be charred on the outside .
Take them out and serve hot with lemon wedges and any dip / chutney / salsa .
You can use it in stuffing for wraps / shawarama /tortillas etc or just serve it a with a salad .
