STRAWBERRY CHIA SEEDS PUDDING

Packed with vitamins, fiber, and particularly high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols, strawberries are a sodium-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free, low-calorie food. NOTE – we can make this recipe without milk / curd , just using fruit puree .
INGREDIENTS FOR CHIA PUDDING
- 1 cup Milk / Coconut Milk or water
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
INGREDIENTS FOR STRAWBERRY YOGHURT TOPPING
- 1 or 11/2 cup sweet ripened Strawberries
- Honey or any sweetener as needed
- 1/4 cup Yoghurt or milk
- Any fruits and dry fruits of your choice
METHOD
In a container with a lid mix the chia seeds + milk / water + sweetener .
Stir, mix everything very well, again 10 minutes later.
Let the chia seeds absorb the liquid, so leave it at least for minimum an hour or over night in the fridge . [ best overnight ]
HOW TO SERVE
Next day puree the strawberries with any sweetener as per taste until smooth,.
Now mix the soaked chia seeds + strawberry puree + yoghurt / milk and give a nice mix . NOTE – you can avoid milk /yoghurt and add more of the fruits puree .
Serve in a flat or tall dish.Top it with any dry fruits + fresh fruits + seeds
Serve chilled.
