BUTTER FRIED BOILED EGGS

EGG SALT AND PEPPER BUTTER FRY / FRIED BOILED EGGS

Fried boiled eggs are buttery, crispy, and so delicious.

Hard-boiled eggs are an excellent source of lean protein. They’ll fill you up without packing in too many calories, which is helpful if you want to lose weight. The protein in hard-boiled eggs also works alongside vitamin D to promote prenatal development.

INGREDIENTS

  • Hard boiled eggs – 4
  • Olive /oil – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper as needed

METHOD

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil. Cook eggs at a boil for 10 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water and set aside to cool. – How to boil eggs

Peel the  cooled eggs.

Slice it into roundels using sharp knife.

Heat butter + oil  in a pan  over medium heat.

Place the egg roundels .

Fry the eggs until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side

Season with salt and pepper as needed .

You can use seasoning of your choice like red chilli flakes / herbs etc

Serve as a snack, for breakfast, or as a salad topping.
