CHICKEN DOUGHNUTS RECIPE

CHICKEN DOUGHNUTS /CHICKEN VADA

Chicken doughnuts are a perfect combination of chicken along with a mix of exotic spices.

INGREDIENTS

  • Boneless chicken pieces – 500 grms
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli – 4 or as per taste
  • Coriander leaves + mint leaves – 1 cup
  • Onion – 1
  • Garam masala pwdr – 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper pwdr – 1/2 tsp
  • Grated cheese – 2 cubes
  • Fresh bread slices – 2
  • Oil / butter – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

Take all ingredients one by one in a mixie jar .

Grind into smooth mixture .

Remove in a bowl and divide into equal portions.

Roll into smooth balls.

Flatten it and make a hole in the centre and place it on a greased plate .

Keep them in the fridge for 1 hour or more .

INGREDIENTS FOR COATING

  • Egg – 1
  • Milk – 2 or 3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs as needed
  • Pepper pwdr – ½  tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Dip or sauces of your choice to serve

METHOD

Wisk and make a mixture of egg + milk + salt + pepper .

Now dip these doughnutsin the egg mixture

Coat it evenly on all sides with the bread crumbs

And refrigerate  again for 1 hour .

Deep fry on medium flame till golden and crisp .

Serve hot with any dips or sauces .
