EASY AND QUICK 3 INGREDIENTS CARAMEL PUDDING / EASY FLAN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR CARAMEL SYRUP

  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Water – 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1/4 tsp

METHOD

Take all the above ingredients in a pan and cook on medium flame till the colour changes. Don’t overcook , else it will harden.

Be quick and transfer it to a tin .

INGREDIENTS

  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Egg –  2 at room tempt
  • Sugar – 5 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

METHOD

Boil milk + sugar on medium flame .

 Once it starts boiling , boil further for more 5 mins .

once done off the flame and cool it completely.

Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk it for 1 min. don’t over beat .

Add the milk + essence and mix well.

Strain it and pour over the caramel .

Cover with a foil .

Steam for 30 mins on low flame.

Allow to cool .

Run a knife around the edges to loosen the pudding .

Refrigerate for 2 hrs .

Demould the tin and serve it upside down .
