QUICK AND EASY EGGLESS CARAMEL PUDDING RECIPE/ HARNIK CARAMEL PUDDING RECIPE

Caramel pudding or caramel custard is a silky-smooth dessert made with milk, sugar, and eggs. It is light and delectable and tastes awesome

INGREDIENTS [ serves 4 ]

  • Harnik pkt – 1
  • Milk – 500 ml

METHOD

Soak the caramel pkt in warm water for few mins , so that the syrup becomes thin .

Take the caramel syrup and spread it all over the serving bowl and keep aside .

Bring 500 ml milk to boil on medium flame.

Once it starts to boil lower the flame.

Slowly add the powder mix  and start mixing.

See that there are no lumps .

Stir continuously  and cook for 3  mins.

Off the flame .

Keep aside for 5 mins.

Now slowly pour the it through the edge of the bowl so that it doesn’t mix with the caramel .

Keep aside till it comes to room temperature and sets.

Now keep it in the fridge for few hours till you serve .

Invert the bowl over a plate and serve .

I have used a big bowl , you can take 4 small bowls and make .

  • The product in displays is a pack of caramel pudding (mix) which consists of pudding mix (75g) sugar , gelling agent (e407),stabilizer (e341 (iii)),nature identical and artificial flavouring substances (vanilla),colouring (e-102,e110).
  • Caramel topping (15g): glucose syrup , caramelised sugar. Contains permitted natural and synthetic food colours and added flavours.
  • The package contains 90 gm and has shelf life of 24 months.
  • It is recommended to store in a cool & dry place, away from direct sunlight and away from odourful products such as soaps etc.
