EASY AND QUICK PRAWN ROAST
INGREDIENTS
- Prawns – 500 grms [ cleaned ]
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Red chilli pwdr – 2 tsp or as per taste
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Garam masala pwdr – ½ tsp
- Coriander pwdr – 1 ½ or 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 or 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves finely chopped for garnish
- Lemon juice as needed
METHOD
Take the cleaned prawns and all the ingredients together and mix well .Keep aside for some times.
Heat a pan with oil .
Add the marinated prawns.
Mix well.
Stir and cook from all sides.
Fry till it is evenly cooked from all sides .
And the masala gets roasted well and forms a layer around the prawns.
It may take 8 to 10 mins depending on the size of the prawn.
Once done off the flame .
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Drizzle some lemon juice while serving .
