GRILLED PINEAPPLE TANDOORI TIKKA

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 or 15 pineapple fresh and juicy slices
  • 2 tbsp thick curd / hung curd
  • 1 tsp everest tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder, as per taste
  • 1 tsp crushed kasoori methi
  • ¼  tsp Roasted Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter or oil  as needed

METHOD

Take all ingredients except pineapple and butter and mix well.

Apply the marinade all over the pineapple slices and keep aside for 30 mins.
grill the pineapple for 3 to 4 mins  on each sides on a grill pan by applying butter till they are cooked  and char marks are formed .

 Serve immediately .
