HEALTHY DIET ALOO CHAAT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Boiled peeled cubed potato – 1 cup
  • Orange juice – 1 or 2 tbsp or as needed [ used instead of khatta meetha chutney ]
  • Chilli pwdr – ¼ tsp
  • Chaat masala pwdr – ¼ tsp
  • Roasted jeera pwdr – ¼ tsp
  • Black salt as needed
  • Onion finely chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped tomato – 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped cucumber – 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp

METHOD

Take all ingredients one by one in bowl as shown in the video and mix well.

Taste and adjust ingredients as per your taste .

Refrigerate for sometimes before serving .

NOTE – if you want you can bake the potatoes .
