KERALA STYLE MANGO GRAPES CURD CURRY
KERALA MANGO GRAPES CURD CURRY /MADHURA PACHADI

INGREDIENTS
- 3 or 4 small ripen mango with seed or we can use 1 cup chopped pineapple
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 green chilli
- ½ tsp crushed mustard seeds pwdr
- Water as required
- 10 to 12 black por red grapes
- ¼ or 1/2 cup beaten curd
- Salt to taste
- 1 or 2 tsp jaggery or to taste
FOR COCONUT PASTE [make a coarse paste by adding reqd ]
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut
- ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 or 2 Green chilli (as per taste)
FOR TEMPERING
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 Dry red chilies
- Few Curry leaves
METHOD
In a pan cook mango + turmeric powder + kashmiri chili powder + green chilli + curry leaves + salt + jaggery and water. Cover and cook over medium flame until mango turns soft.
Once the mango turns soft ,add the coconut paste + mustard seeds powder and mix well .
Cook till the mixture comes to a boil .
Off flame add curd and mix.
Add grapes mix and cover for 5 min
Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds,let it splutter.
Add dry red chilies and curry leaves and give a mix .
Immediately add this to the prepared curry .
Cover and set aside for atleast 10 minutes before you serve .
Serve with rice.
