TOMATO YOGHURT DIP RECIPE

TOMATO YOGHURT  DIP

INGREDIENTS

  • Hung curd – 200 grms
  • Finely mince garlic – 2 or 3 tsp
  • Sugar powder / honey  – 1 ½ – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli pwdr – ½ tsp
  • Tomato sauce  – 2 tbsp
  • Maggi hot and garlic sauce – 2or 3 tsp [ optional ]

METHOD

Take all ingredients one by one in a big bowl and mix well

The base for the dip is ready.

INGREDIENTS

  • Finely chopped tomato – 1
  • Finely chopped capsicum / onion / cucumber – 1/4 cup [ optional ]
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp

METHOD

Now add all the above ingredients and mix well .

Refrigerate for sometime before serving .

Goes well with chips / wafers / nachos/ soup sticks etc
