TADGOLA ROSE SHARBAT / TADGOLA JUICE / ICE APPLE RECIPE
Ice apples are called tadgola in Hindi; and nonku or nungu in Malayalam and Tamil.

INGREDIENTS
- Tadgola – 3 or 4 finely mashed with hands [small and tender ]
- Rose syrup or any flavoured sweet syrup – 2 tbsp or as per taste
- Fresh torn mint leaves – 2 [optional ]
- Ice cubes or crushed ice – few
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
PREPARATION
- Buy tender and small juicy tadgolas .Big ones don’t taste good also it will be hard. Delicately peel off the light brown skin . Inside it has juice . Mash it well with hands or finely chop the fruit.
- **** you can’t blend the fruit ,the texture will not be good , so u have to chop it..
METHOD
Take a bowl with all ingredients one by one and mix well.
Serve chilled in a glass.
