BADAMI CHICKEN TIKKA KEBAB
BADAMI MALAI CHICKEN TIKKA RECIPE / KASTURI CHICKEN TIKKA
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken boneless small cubes – 500 grms
- Almonds – 10
- Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
- Thick curd – 6 tbsp
- Cheese any – 2 tbsp
- Green chilli – 3 or as per taste
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 2 tsp
- Garam masala pwdr – ½ tsp
- Black pepper pwdr – 1 tsp
- Oregano / mixed herbs – 1 tsp
- Jeera pwdr – ½ tsp
- Chaat masala pwdr – ½ tsp
- Coriander pwdr – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Capsicum / bell peppers / onion as needed
METHOD
Take almonds in a mixie and grind into fine powder .
Now add all the other ingredients one by one and grind into smooth mixture.
Transfer this to a bowl .
Add in the chicken + capsicum cubes + onion cubes and mix well .
Refrigerate for few hrs in fridge.
Skewer the marinated chicken = capsicum + onion .
Heat little oil in a pan and arrange the skewers.
Cook on each side for 3 to 4 mins.
Cook till brown spots appear.
It will take around 12 to 15 mins depending on the size of the chicken cubes .
YOU CAN top it with cheese when hot and serve .
Once done serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings + green chutney or any dip .
