BAKED DOUGHNUT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Luke warm milk – 125 ml
  • Castor sugar – 50 gm
  • Yeast –  ½  tbsp
  • Maida – 200 gm
  • Cornflour –  10 gm
  • Vanilla essence  – 1 tsp [ OPTIONAL ]
  • Salt – 1/8 tsp
  • Butter –  50 gm

METHOD

Mix warm milk + sugar + yeast keep aside for 5 min

Mix rest of the things and make a dough

Knead the dough for 10 min till it become smooth dough 

Keep dough for proofing till it get double

Remove air from dough, roll it, and cut the doughnut with cutter.

Make doughnut and apply oil on it

Again keep doughnut for proofing for 15 to 25 min approx or till it get 

Double.

Bake it at 220* c in preheated oven for approx 15 mins to 20 mins  with both coil on

Cool it.

Dip it in melted chocolate or tope it any way you like .
