KULFI FALOODA RECIPE / how to make kulfi falooda
INGREDIENTS
- Kulfi – 2
- Sabja seeds soaked in water for 30 mins – 1 tbsp
- Falooda sev – 1 tbsp
- Rose syrup – 1 tbsp –HOMEMADE INSTANT ROOHAFZA SYRUP
- Finely chopped dry fruits as required
- Tutti fruity – 1 tsp – HOMEMADE TUTTI FRUTTI USING WATERMELON RIND
- Rabri – 1 tbsp [ optional]

Chop the kulfi into roundels and place it in the centre of the plate.
Pour the sabja over it.
Add the falooda sev .
Drizzle rose syrup over it.
Top it with rabri + dry fruits + tutti fruity .
Serve chilled immediately.
NOTES
- If you don’t have falooda sev, you can use cooked vermicelli.
- You can also add jelly.
- Quantity of all the ingredients depends on your taste.
How to make falooda sev ?
Take ½ cup of corn flour mixed with 1 1/2 tbsp sugar + 1 1/2 water and mix well so that there are no lumps . Heat a pan on medium low flame. Pour this mixture into the hot pan and start stirring [ you can add any food colour or essence ]. Cook for about 7 to 8 mins , till the mixture becomes thick ,glossy , transparent and shiny. Immediately put it into a greased chakli mould with fine bhujia holes. Press the sev into a bowl with ice cubes + cold water . LET IT SOAK FOR 10 MINS .Once done refrigerate for minimum 30 mins and use . You can refrigerate and use it upto 2 days. [no need to cook more ] Use it directly .refrigerate for 2 days and use .
