RAW BANANA GRAVY IN GREEN MASALA SINDHI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- Raw banana – 4
- Fresh coriander leaves – 1 cup
- Green chilli – 2 or 3 or as per taste
- Garlic – 14 [ important ingredient ]
- Raw mango – ½ cup chopped
- Turmeric pwdr – ¼ tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
METHOD
Peel and chop banana into big chunks .Soak in water and keep aside .
Make coarse paste of coriander leaves + garlic + green chilli + raw mango .
Heat oil in a cooker.
Add green masala paste and stir fry till oil oozes.
Add salt + turmeric + banana and mix well .
Add 1 ½ or 2 cup water and mix.
Pressure cook upto 2 whistles.
Once the pressure releases , open and serve hot .
NOTE
- Instead of raw mango use 1 tbsp amchur powder
- Same recipe instead of banana we can use potato / besan tikki etc
