TADGOLA JUICE SERBET / PALM FRUIT JUICE / NUNGU SARBAT /ICE APPLE  JUICE

INGREDIENTS

  • Tadgola – 3 or 4 finely mashed with hands [small and tender ]
  • Nannari syrup or rose syrup or khus khus syrup – 2 tbsp or as per taste
  • Sabja soaked – 1 tsp [optional ]
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice – few
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp

PREPARTAION

  1. Buy tender and small juicy tadgolas .Big ones don’t taste good also it will be hard. Delicately peel off the light brown skin . Inside it has juice . Mash it well with hands or finely chop the fruit.

METHOD

Take a glass , pour in the syrup .

Add the lemon juice .

Add required amount of sabja .

Add chopped tadgola .

Add ice cubes .

Finally mix it well and serve .
